route_by_http_user in http and tcpmux proxy to support route to different clients by HTTP basic auth user.
CONNECT method can be forwarded in http type proxy.- Added
tcpmux_passthrough in tcpmux proxy. If true, CONNECT request will be forwarded to frpc.
